Was kinda skeptical after the bike was stuck in limbo for 5 days without any progress but once I finally got in contact with isinwheel it was finally shipped out and arrived in 4 days overall the u5 e-bike is great nice smooth ride and looks awesome

Easy to assemble, fun to ride. Works great on the beach! Packed nicely all parts protected with foam. Battery lasted about 25 miles most of that distance on the beach sand.
