There was nothing that I disliked about this this scooter. The company that made it surely knew what they were doing. The bike is perfect for my age. It is perfect. It is smooth ride. Bought this as it was one of the scooters I found with a seat and a cargo rack and basket. It's a little bigger than expected but I guess I should have figured with 14in wheels. But the ride is smooth, I weigh 230 lb and it still gets up to 18mph but I cruise about 14 and the battery lasts much better. Very well made, was easy to put together. It still fits in the back of my 05 Camry which is great since I wanted it to be able to fit it in my car so I could drop my car off for maintenance and then ride the scooter around town. It's been awesome, so now I just hope it lasts is the only thing left to see, but overall very happy with it. It's well designed and I'm very happy with the features and ease of setup and use.
It is better than I thought.
I bought one for my Husband who isn't able to walk or stand for any length if time. We camp and this was the perfect solution. He weighs about 250# and this scooter accomodates his weight, well. It will do 20 mph on the flat and can handle the small upgrades. We liked it so well, we ordered a second one for me. Assembly was quick and easy.
This scooter is only successful on flat surfaces. Fails at going up hills. I don’t recommend at all. Returning for refund. This company also takes 20% for restocking fee.

The scooter is well made it will do 21 mph on a flat ground average miles on one charge is between 21-25 miles depending on riding habits. Totally recommend
